Truly ,Clegg and Alvin have to come to the rescue when Howard gets more than he bargained for when the two loves of his life both buy him the same Christmas present.

This special event of the calendar year is made even more special by another excellent funny Christmas episode where all of our favourite characters get to share your Christmas with you at home.

I have always felt that the best Christmas specials of Last of the Summer Wine are the ones with a traditional Christmas theme for example who can forget the classic 1981 episode Whoops that gained over 20 million viewers and the 1988 and 1989 shows Crums and What's Santa Brought for Nora Then? One of my particular favourites is the 1995 special A Leg Up For Christmas which I think was one of the best.

Enjoy this one it's sure to be something special.
