Digley Reservoir
The ever-popular Digley Reservoir, seen in countless episodes in the background, including Bicycle Bonanza, Perfection Thy Name is Ridley and Beware of the Oglethorpe. Enjoy a virtual stroll round Digley, click here.

Scholes village
A shot of Scholes village, just outside Holmfirth, as seen in The
Black Widow. Remember Compo and Foggy walking down here?

Marsden
Over to Marsden this time for the picturesque little bridge, near the parish church in the village centre.  Fans will recall Happy Anniversary Gough and Jessie and The Black Widow.

New Mill Parish Church
This time, the photogenic New Mill Parish Church. Film shots include Camera Shy, the Millennium Special - Last Post and Pigeon, Clean Sweep and Is That Nora Batty Singing?

Pack Horse Bridge
The famous Pack Horse Bridge - as featured in the Summer-Wine.Com banner - Eastergate Bridge, just outside Marsden. Featured in many episodes and to be seen in an episode of the new series.

"Uncle of the Bride" church at Hepworth
Another church, this time the famous "Uncle of the Bride" church at Hepworth, as featured in Uncle of the Bride when Glenda and Barry sealed the knot and got married. Plus the location for the moving scene from the Millennium Special when Edie (Dame Thora Hird) and sister Ros (Dora Bryan) meet up after a long time.  Also featured in Getting Sam Home and Barry's Christmas.

Crown Bottom
The famous picnic bench, near the Crown Bottom car park just outside the centre of Holmfirth. Fans will remember the Famous Three sitting round here in Desperate for Duffield.  It's also here Compo and Nora have one of their encounters in recent years, and where Tom tosses a stone into the water when he walks by the river in the episode I didn't Know Barry Could Play.

New Fold Lane, Goose Green, Holmfirth
Where Last of the Summer Wine all started - New Fold Lane, Goose Green, Holmfirth. This featured in the opening sequence of Short, Back and Palais Glide where Compo Clegg and Blamire walk into town. It was the first episode following the pilot.

Yateholme Farm in Victoria Park
An ideal place to visit in Holmfirth, the old remains of Yateholme Farm in Victoria Park, just a few minutes from the centre. The structure dates to the 8th Century and was removed here when a reservoir submerged its original site. Compo, Clegg and Co have enjoyed many a rest here, and one that springs to mind is Whos That Dancing With Nora Batty Then and of course used for a rendezvous for Howard and Marina.
